Definition:

It is a hazelnut product obtained by cutting the internal hazelnuts into pieces accordance to a new technique

Chopped hazelnuts can be prepared in desired lengths provided that they are not larger than 12.5 mm and less than 2 mm.

Between 2 - 4 mm,

Between 2 - 7 mm,

Chopped hazelnuts of 7 mm and above are produced.

Uses:

It is used in the production of cake, dessert and ice cream in the food industry. It is a nutritious garnish material used in all kinds of desserts, cookies, cakes, etc.
