You can consume it by marinating and sprinkling on cooked food as a mortar.

Usage: Mix 1 tablespoon (15 gr) of Arifoğlu Fish Spice with half a tea glass of Arifoğlu Olive Oil for fish such as mackerel, sea bream and sea bass. Marinate by adding salt if desired. After keeping it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, you can cook it in the oven, on the pan or on the grill.
