Since our organic honey varieties are not pasteurized, they have the status of raw honey. Since it is raw honey, it may crystallize in your kitchen after a while, this indicates that it is normal and raw honey. You can consume the crystallized honey in its crystalline form, or you can restore it to its original state by placing the jar in hot water in a bain-marie.
